Adults Group Lessons Flaine
Adult skiing group lessons
Adult group lessons at the ESF Ski and Snowboard School in Flaine are a practical way to improve your skills while enjoying the social atmosphere of learning with other skiers and snowboarders. The school caters to adults at different stages, from complete beginners to experienced skiers working towards more advanced Class 4 technique.
ESF Flaine's adult group ski programme is designed around progression rather than a single fixed level. Classes range from beginner skiing through to Class 4, allowing participants to work on skills appropriate to their experience. Instructors adapt the programme to the ability of each group, combining technical development with time spent exploring the Grand Massif ski area. For adults who want structured coaching without the cost of a private instructor, ESF Flaine's group courses offer a good middle ground. You receive guidance from a professional instructor while sharing the experience with other people, which can make lessons more relaxed and sociable.
How is it organised?
Three hours per day, six days of lessons from Sunday to Friday from 09.15 to 12.15 or five days days of lessons from Monday to Friday (except for beginners). The meeting points are Forum, Forêt.

Adult snowboarding group lessons
Snowboarders can join dedicated group lessons throughout the winter season. ESF Flaine offers snowboard coaching for all levels, making the programme suitable both for people discovering snowboarding and for riders who already have experience but want to become more confident and technically accomplished. Snowboard groups are limited to approximately 10 participants per instructor. Lessons take place at Flaine Forum and can include a mixture of technical exercises and practical riding. Depending on ability and conditions, riders may explore varied terrain, practise flatland skills and eventually experience the snow park.

Lessons are not simply about practising technique in one area. One of the stated aims of the adult ski programme is to help participants discover the Grand Massif ski area. As their ability develops, students can make better use of Flaine's extensive network of pistes and mountain terrain while receiving guidance from their instructor. This makes a multi-day course particularly useful. Instead of treating every lesson as a separate session, skiers have several consecutive days to build on what they learned previously and gradually become more comfortable on the mountain.
