Airport Transfers in Austria

Economy Class - With our Economy Class transfer you will get to your destination in the most economical way.  You book a guaranteed seat at our lowest price on one of our transfer buses. The maximum waiting time at the airport is approximately 60 minutes. There may be several stops on the journey to your destination.

Economy Plus - Our Economy PLUS transfer guarantees a maximum waiting time of 25 minutes at the airport after checking in at our transfer desk. We guarantee a maximum of 2 stops en route, which means that at least the 3rd stop will be your destination.
You only book the number of seats you need for your group and NOT the whole bus.

Private Transfer - A private transfer vehicle just for your group which will go directly to your destination  - No waiting time at the airport on arrival.

Types of Vehicle

Economy Class, Economy Plus Class & Private transfers - Mercedes Sprinter 8 seater, Mercedes Vito 8 seater, Ford Transit 8 seater. During busy times we also may use a large 30 - 50 seater vehicle.

Extra information

• For shuttle transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the flight.  Additional suitcases, skis, bicycles, snowboards can be booked for a minimal supplement as below
• For private transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the flight.  One ski or snowboard bag on request is also included free of charge however must be notified to us at the latest 14 days before arrival

Please note that you must notify us of any additional or bulky luggage at the time of booking and it will be subject to an extra charge.

How to find us at the airport

At Munich Airport we operate a service and reception desk manned during flight times at Terminal 1, You can find directions on your voucher.

At Innsbruck Airport, our service and reception desk is located in the arrivals hall (next to Bäcker Ruetz).

On arrival at Zurich, Vienna, Memmingen and Salzburg airports, you will be met by one of our representatives with a name badge after customs or passport control.
