Types of Vehicle

Private Transfer - For transfers for 1 -3 people the vehicle may be a 5 seater private vehicle. For transfers for 4 to 8 people this will be an 8 seater minivan. For larger groups the coach may be a 16, 23, 35 or 50 seater depending on availability and groups size

General Information

For private transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase is accepted on the transfer.

You can also bring ski or snowboard bags however you will need to book a bigger vehicle for comfort and luggage space. Failure to notify us of extra luggage may mean we can't accept the extra baggage on the transfer

All journey times given are estimates based on normal driving conditions. In bad weather or school & public holidays journey times may be longer than stated. You should always allow plenty of time for delays and still plan to arrive 3 hours before your flight.

Child car seats are included free of charge if required must be booked at least 21 days in advance

A one hour waiting time is free of charge at the airport - after this time a fee of between 25€ and 50€ per hour may be charged by the driver (depending on the size of the vehicle) this must be paid direct on arrival to the driver

If your journey needs to change because of traffic or weather problems or tunnel closures, any extra kilometres driven must be paid to the driver if requested. Also if there is a long delay and the driver goes out of hours and another driver Is needed, any fees will need to be paid direct to the driver

Our transfers are private and exclusive with clean, comfortable, up to standard and insured vehicles with experienced drivers.

Arrival transfer from the airport to resort - Our driver will have a sign with your name on and will meet you in the arrival hall once you have collected your baggage so there is no waiting around

Departure transfer from resort to the airport - The return pick up time is set automatically by our reservation system according to the flight details you supplied. Your transfer pick up time may be changed by our local representatives in case of force major situations like closed roads, heavy snowfall etc. You will be contacted in advance in case we are forced to change the pick up time. Please, supply a mobile phone number at the time of booking or you can also send us your mobile number by email after the booking has been made

Luggage - The transfer price is based on the number of passengers plus one standard suitcase ( 90 /70 cm) plus one rucksack size bag per passenger. In case you have more luggage than one suitcase per person, such as ski/snowboard equipment, please, book a bigger vehicle for your comfort and let us know the number of suitcases and ski/snowboard equipment. Child seats are available for free if specially requested. Please, specify the age and weight of the child.

Before you travel we will give you a contact number for the driver in case this is needed.
