Arinsal is the main resort of the Vallnord ski area. A picturesque and traditional village with stone-clad buildings and tree-lined mountains that give a spectacular backdrop. Arinsal boasts plenty of choice when it comes to accommodation as well as friendly, fun Après Ski.
An excellent choice for beginners and families, Arinsal is famous for having one of the best ski schools in the whole of Europe for both beginners and families, with English speaking ski instructors.
There is a great variety of accommodation to choose from to suit everybody's needs. Accommodation in Arinsal is always more budget friendly than in the resorts of the Grandvalira ski area.

There are plenty of “non-ski” activities to enjoy in Arinsal. Mushing is very popular. Everything from sledging, tubing, paragliding and even helicopter rides are all available. The Hotel Princesa Parc has an indoor bowling alley for some fun away from the snow.
Arinsal offers a wide range of restaurants and bars that offer a fun and friendly atmosphere, many of which are located at the base of the gondola. For restaurants, we would always suggest that you make a reservation, especially in high season.
