Folgarida Overview

Folgarida is a splendid ski resort offering 150 km of slopes surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

This resort is particularly suitable for families with children, thanks to the many services available for the little ones, such as mini clubs and an early evening dinner service. However, there are also several activities to entertain adults, perhaps while the children are enjoying the activities designed for them.

As far as skiing is concerned, Folgarida is a resort suitable for all types of skiers, although beginners can enjoy themselves here thanks to the learning areas located at the top of the mountain, so that even the less experienced can take the gondola lift along with everyone else. From here, you can also reach the famous Madonna di Campiglio, a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders.

Things to do in Folgarida

Activities - There are many activities you can enjoy here in Folgarida, both related to sports and snow, as well as something more relaxing. For the more athletic and adventurous, there is cross-country skiing, floodlit skiing, Nordic walking, outdoor ice skating, paragliding, snow biking and snowshoe walking, while for those who want to spend a few days relaxing, there are spas with swimming pools.

Restaurants - With its limited number of establishments throughout Folgarida, it does not offer a particularly wide choice of restaurants, but among these you will surely find one that suits you. Among those we recommend you try are the Rifugio Alvasini, the ideal place for lunch in a typical mountain chalet offering excellent pasta and pizza, Il Guscio, a family-run restaurant that offers a bit of everything, from meat to fish, pasta to pizza, and La Buca, another place where you will find a variety of excellent dishes to choose from.

Nightlife - When it comes to après-ski and nightlife, Folgarida is not a particularly lively place, so if you prefer to sip an excellent drink in peace and quiet rather than a wild night out, this is the place for you. In fact, the atmosphere here is rather laid back, and the après-ski entertainment is mainly concentrated inside the hotels. However, there are a few places you can venture out to try, such as the Dream Pub, which is open until late at night and is the perfect place to let your hair down on the dance floor with DJ sets and live music.
