Hotel Rasmushof Kitzbühel is a distinctive family-run hotel at the foot of the Hahnenkamm, offering an unusually close connection to Kitzbühel's legendary skiing, golf and outdoor lifestyle. Run by the Reisch family since 1974, the property combines traditional Tyrolean hospitality with a relaxed atmosphere and a location that is difficult to beat. For winter holidays, the Rasmushof's greatest advantage is its position directly beside the Streif downhill course, in the famous finish area. Guests can put on their skis at the hotel and access the slopes immediately, while their final run of the day can bring them practically back to the entrance. A children's ski school is also located directly at the hotel, and ski passes can be obtained at reception. Kitzbühel's historic centre is only around five minutes away on foot, so guests can easily combine convenient skiing with restaurants, shops and the town's lively atmosphere.

The hotel has 49 individually furnished rooms and suites, decorated in a warm country-house style with distinctly Alpine character. Many rooms feature balconies with views towards the Kitzbühel Alps. Accommodation ranges from approximately 22–26 m² double rooms to spacious suites. Deluxe double rooms offer around 30–40 m², while suites range from approximately 50–70 m². The largest Deluxe Suites provide around 80–100 m² with two bedrooms and a separate living area, making them particularly suitable for families.

After a day on the mountain, guests can retreat to the Rasirena Spa, which includes a panoramic indoor swimming pool, sauna, sanarium, Kneipp pool, relaxation facilities and a fitness room. Use of the wellness area is included for hotel guests. Massages are also available, providing an additional way to relax and recover after skiing, hiking or golfing.

The Rasmushof's restaurant focuses on hearty Austrian and Tyrolean cuisine, complemented by international dishes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, while specialities include classics such as Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarren. The hotel's wine cellar is another highlight, with more than 450 labels, making it one of the largest wine collections in Kitzbühel. In winter, the traditional dining rooms and open fireplaces create a particularly cosy setting.

A large sun terrace overlooks the Kitzbühel South Mountains and the Streif finish area. In summer it becomes an inviting garden setting, while in winter heated seating, blankets and outdoor spaces make it possible to enjoy the mountain scenery after skiing.
