Kaprun Ski School

Booking your ski school in advance with us will cost you less than booking on arrival!

Whether it's your first time on the slopes or you're an off-piste expert, there's a level of tuition available to help you develop and refine your technique. Ski school is also a great way to meet like-minded people and have some fun skiing together with everyone sharing hints and tips across the group.

As well as group lessons, we can also arrange private lessons on request. Just email us with exactly what you're looking for (for example, the number of adults and children, ski levels and your preferred times and dates), and we'll get straight back to you with a price. Similarly, if you'd like some advice on which ski school in Kaprun would be best for you, drop us an email to info@SkiAndSnowHolidays.com or give us a call. If you are unsure which one to choose, don't worry, based on where you are staying and your skiing/snowboarding requirements, we will book you into the one most suitable.

All of the ski schools in Kaprun are easily accessible. But if you're still not sure which school to choose, get in touch by email or telephone and we'd be happy to advise!

Group lessons

Group lessons are organised by dividing participants according to age and ability level, so that everyone can learn alongside people of a similar standard. This ensures both better teaching and learning, as well as more enjoyment.

Group courses are divided into adult and children’s classes (children aged 4 to 12, adults aged 13 and over) and start on Sundays and Mondays; they are held in German or English. The meeting point will be communicated via email on the lesson voucher. ù

Lessons are 4 hours a day, from 09.30 to 11.30 and from 12.30 to 14.30 (please note that if the group consists of 3 people or fewer, lessons will only take place from 09.30 to 11.30).

Group snowboarding lessons are available for children aged eight and over (private lessons are compulsory for children under the age of eight). Children must be aged between 8 and 12, and adults must be aged 13 and over.

Courses are held in German or English and start on Sunday or Monday, for beginners as well as intermediate and advanced learners.

Children programmes

These are the words dedicated to my child:

- Bobo's Kindergarten (from 2 to 3 years old): when children are 2 years old, when they are 3 years old, they are the first to be born. I have a group of around 5 children per caregiver and kindergarten located directly at the school.

Private lessons

Private lessons are arranged to suit the client’s availability; clients can choose the day and time, subject, of course, to the school’s availability (for this reason, particularly if you are travelling during the high season, we recommend booking your lessons in advance). Lessons are available for a range of disciplines, from alpine skiing to freestyle skiing, freeride skiing and snowboarding.

Depending on your skill level, you’ll agree on a meeting point for the lesson with the instructor.

If you’d like more information and to find out the prices, you can search in the box at the top of the page.
