Skiing & Snowboarding in Pas de la Casa

Pas de la Casa is one of Andorra’s most popular ski and snowboard resorts, offering excellent snow conditions thanks to its high altitude. The resort is ideal for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, from beginners to intermediates and experts, with wide, well-maintained slopes that make learning safe and enjoyable.

For those new to skiing or snowboarding, Pas de la Casa Ski School provides expert tuition with English-speaking instructors. Lessons are available for adults and children, ensuring the whole family can progress at their own pace. Young children can also take part in dedicated children’s ski and snowboard lessons, including Snow Garden sessions designed for kids aged 3–5, providing a fun and safe introduction to the snow. In Pas de la Casa they don't have creche facilities, the minimum age for a child is 3 years and they join in the Snow Garden. The nearest creche is in Grau Roig which is the next resort over but you will need a car to arrive here.

Intermediate and improver skiers will find plenty of runs to test their skills, and the Grandvalira ski pass allows access to all the interconnected resorts in Andorra, including Soldeu, El Tarter, and more, giving you hundreds of kilometres of piste to explore. Intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders can enjoy a variety of runs, while freestyle enthusiasts will love the nearby snow parksfeaturing jumps, rails, and boxes to practice tricks in a safe, controlled environment.

The resort has a reputation as the liveliest resort in Andorra and it has a wide range of restaurants too. You have your choice of French, Spanish, Mediterranean cooking as well as American diners and fast food. There are over 80 restaurants in the resort so there is sure to be something you like. The nightlife is pretty varied too, from slope side terrace bars where you can enjoy your first drink after your skiing or snowboarding day has finished to relaxing in the hotel bar or visiting some of the popular pubs and, of course, finishing up in Billboard nightclub.
