Private lessons at ESF Les 2 Alpes provide a personalised way to learn, improve or explore skiing and snowboarding in the spectacular mountain setting of Les Deux Alpes. Instead of following the pace of a larger class, guests have an instructor dedicated to their needs, allowing the lesson to be adapted to their ability, confidence and objectives.

Private tuition is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced skiers and snowboarders. Beginners can use the additional attention to become comfortable with their equipment, learn fundamental movements and build confidence gradually. More experienced participants can focus on specific technical improvements, explore different slopes or work towards more advanced skiing objectives.

ESF Les Deux Alpes also offers private instruction for freestyle, snowboard and other specialist disciplines, giving guests the opportunity to develop skills beyond conventional piste skiing.

A private lesson does not necessarily have to be one-to-one. The school allows up to four participants to share an instructor, provided that everyone has a broadly similar ability level. Private sessions are available in several formats, including individual lessons of one, 1.5 or two hours, as well as half-day and full-day options. The programme can then be shaped around the group's interests, whether that means improving technique, discovering the ski area or exploring suitable terrain.

Young skiers can benefit particularly from personalised tuition. ESF Les Deux Alpes offers private children's lessons from age three, allowing the instructor to adapt the pace and teaching approach to the child's development and confidence. Teenagers can also choose private ski, snowboard or freestyle instruction according to their interests and ability.
