Surrounded by spruce forests and overlooking the Grand Massif, it is particularly well suited to families and groups who want the independence of an apartment while still enjoying resort-style facilities.
The residence is located in the Flaine Les Gérats area, approximately 15 minutes on foot from the centre of Flaine. Its elevated position provides impressive views across the valley and surrounding mountains. The architecture combines contemporary elements with traditional Savoyard influences, using stone and wood to blend naturally with the mountain environment.
Accommodation is designed around the needs of families and groups, with apartments accommodating four to ten people. Interiors are bright and contemporary, incorporating wood, soft colours and large windows. Apartments include equipped kitchens, allowing guests to prepare meals independently, while balconies or terraces are available with selected accommodation. Some apartments also feature fireplaces for a particularly cosy atmosphere during winter. This apartment-style arrangement gives guests considerably more flexibility than a conventional hotel room, particularly for longer stays or holidays with children.
