Sierra Nevada Overview

Sierra Nevada is a large, typically Spanish ski resort, famous for its particularly sunny and warm climate, but also for its amount of snow. Even on the clearest days, it is possible to see Africa from the top of the mountain. The resort is full of places, including bars and restaurants, where you can have an aperitif or a delicious dinner. Furthermore, for those who want to let loose on the dance floor, there are several places to have fun until late at night.

Things to do in Sierra Nevada

Activities - In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Sierra Nevada also offers other activities such as floodlit skiing, snow biking, snow tubing and skidooing.

Restaurants - There are several restaurants to choose from in Sierra Nevada, where you can taste typical dishes of the local Spanish cuisine. Among them you should visit Tito Tapas, a bar where you can taste typical tapas, La Bodeguita, known for its meat dishes served on a beautiful terrace, La Visera, which offers hamburgers, sandwiches and salads and Vivac, a restaurant with a fixed tasting menu with gourmet dishes.

Nightlife - Many places are perfect for an apres-ski after a day spent skiing, to drink a glass of wine and enjoy some tapas. Among them are Bar El Copo, where you can sunbathe on the terrace sipping a beer or a cocktail, Jaleo Pub Gintoneria, perfect for those who want to dance until the early hours of the morning and Crescendo Lounge, the ideal place for apres ski.
