St. Johann Ski School
Booking your ski school in advance with us will cost you less than booking on arrival!
Whether it's your first time on the slopes or you're an off-piste expert, there's a level of tuition available to help you develop and refine your technique. Ski school is also a great way to meet like-minded people and have some fun skiing together with everyone sharing hints and tips across the group.
As well as group lessons, we can also arrange private lessons on request. Just email us with exactly what you're looking for (for example, the number of adults and children, ski levels and your preferred times and dates), and we'll get straight back to you with a price. Similarly, if you'd like some advice on which ski school in St. Johann would be best for you, drop us an email to info@SkiAndSnowHolidays.com or give us a call. If you are unsure which one to choose, don't worry, based on where you are staying and your skiing/snowboarding requirements, we will book you into the one most suitable.
All of the ski schools in St. Johann are easily accessible. But if you're still not sure which school to choose, get in touch by email or telephone and we'd be happy to advise!
Group lessons
Group lessons are organised by dividing participants according to age and ability level, so that everyone can learn alongside people of a similar standard. This ensures both better teaching and learning, as well as more enjoyment.
- Baby: from 3 to 5 years old (on request by email: info@SkiAndSnowHolidays.com
- Child: from 6 to 9 years old
- Youth: from 10 to 14 years old)
- Adult (from 15 years old)
Adults & Children - 4 hours per day from 1000 - 1200 and 1300 - 1500
The courses for beginners start on Sunday only, while the courses for intermediate can start on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. (There are no group lessons on Friday and Saturday).
The meeting point is directly at the ski school office (Hornweg 15).
The group lessons are available in the following services: German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch and Russian.
Every Thursday, a race is organized for all the children attending the group lessons, which is included in the price. The race is followed by an awards ceremony at Café Rainer. Every child receives a medal and a certificate.
Private lessons
Private lessons are arranged to suit the client’s availability; clients can choose the day and time, subject, of course, to the school’s availability (for this reason, particularly if you are travelling during the high season, we recommend booking your lessons in advance). Lessons are available for a range of disciplines, from alpine skiing to freestyle skiing, freeride skiing and snowboarding.
Depending on your skill level, you’ll agree on a meeting point for the lesson with the instructor.
If you’d like more information and to find out the prices, you can search in the box at the top of the page.
