Alpe d'Huez Ski School
Booking your ski school in advance with us will cost you less than booking on arrival!
Whether it's your first time on the slopes or you're an off-piste expert, there's a level of tuition available to help you develop and refine your technique. Ski school is also a great way to meet like-minded people and have some fun skiing together with everyone sharing hints and tips across the group.
As well as group lessons, we can also arrange private lessons on request. Just email us with exactly what you're looking for (for example, the number of adults and children, ski levels and your preferred times and dates), and we'll get straight back to you with a price. Similarly, if you'd like some advice on which ski school in Alpe d'Huez would be best for you, drop us an email to info@SkiAndSnowHolidays.com or give us a call. If you are unsure which one to choose, don't worry, based on where you are staying and your skiing/snowboarding requirements, we will book you into the one most suitable.

The course is held Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Programmes for children
Schools in France organise various activities dedicated to younger children.
There is a program dedicated to children aged 2.5 to 4 years old. It is held at the Children's Chalet, located in the Bergers district and situated in a protected area where children can take their first steps on snow and skis in safety and tranquility.
In this program, children will have their first experiences in the world of skiing while having fun in safety, thanks to the professionalism of the instructors and caregivers.
There are three packages to choose from:
- six morning lessons: from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, from Sunday to Friday or from Saturday to Monday
- six afternoon lessons: from 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm, from Sunday to Friday or from Saturday to Monday
- six days lessons: from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:15 pm to 4:45 pm, from Sunday to Friday or from Saturday to Monday
Lunch can also be added as an option.

Private lessons
Private lessons are arranged to suit the client’s availability; clients can choose the day and time, subject, of course, to the school’s availability (for this reason, particularly if you are travelling during the high season, we recommend booking your lessons in advance). Lessons are available for a range of disciplines, from alpine skiing to freestyle skiing, freeride skiing, telemark skiing and snowboarding.
Depending on your skill level, you’ll agree on a meeting point for the lesson with the instructor.
