Heiligenblut Overview
Heiligenblut is a charming little village located in Carinthia, one of the areas that make up Austria. It is located in the area of the Grossglockner, which is the highest mountain in the country.
This resort boasts a small but very popular resort. Here you can ski surrounded by a beautiful mountain panorama. This resort is particularly suitable for intermediate skiers, but there are also slopes for beginners. If, on the other hand, you are an experienced skier, this may not be the right resort for you, as there are very few difficult slopes.
In Heiligenblut you can indulge in various activities, as this place is a paradise for lovers of sports and outdoor activities.

Things to do in Heiligenblut
Things to do - This resort offers several activities to do besides classic skiing and snowboarding. These include ski touring, freeride skiing, cross country skiing, ice climbing, ice skating, winter hiking and tobogganing.
Restaurants - This village offers several establishments where you can enjoy both excellent local food and international cuisine. Among the restaurants we recommend you try are the Erzherzog Johann Hutte, which is Austria's highest mountain hut, the Dorfstub'm, a cosy restaurant located in the center of the village, the Schlosswirt hotel restaurant, which offers typical local cuisine, and the Pionerbar restaurant.
Nightlife - Among the places you should try after a good day on the slopes are the Laterndl and the Muhle, which are two bars with a traditional atmosphere, and Holy-Moely, which is a discotheque where you can party until late into the night.
