Pila Overview

Pila is a famous ski resort in the Aosta Valley that boasts a splendid view of Mount Cervino and Mont Blanc, located a few kilometres away from the capital of the region, Aosta, a beautiful town with a pedestrian area full of restaurants, bars and shops, easily reachable thanks to the cable car that connects the two locations. Also a few kilometres from Pila there is the village of Gressan, a small but picturesque village where there is also a castle.

Thanks to its 70 kilometres of ski slopes it is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to skiing and snowboarding of all levels. The facilities are easily reachable on foot, also thanks to the many accommodations that boast direct access to the ski slopes.

The Pila ski resort is the perfect destination for both young people and families. There are two ski schools and a SnowPark where even non-skiers can have fun. 

Between Pila, Gressan and Aosta there are many places to choose from to spend a fun afternoon at Apres-ski or an evening at the club.

Things to do in Pila

Pila offers numerous activities to do: in addition to skiing and snowboarding, you can have fun at the snow park dedicated to adults and children, go snowshoeing on the many trails, ice skate, relax at the wellness center, visit the Gressan castle and visit the town of Aosta. 

Another thing to do is to enjoy the tasty local cuisine in the many restaurants, which also offer typical Italian dishes. Interesting are the places "La Sosta" , "Brasserie du Grimond" and "La Piazzetta".

We can organise your transfers from Turin, Mlapensa or Geneva airports.  You can also choose between a shuttle transfer which can be more economical if ony a few people are travelling or a private transfer which will take you direct from the airport to your accommodation.
