Les Menuires is a ski resort located near Val Thorens, part of the Three Valleys ski area, which boasts 600 km of slopes but, unlike other resorts, is more affordable. Les Menuires is a ski resort suitable for skiers of all levels. In fact, given the large size of the Three Valleys ski area, you will find terrain suitable for everyone, from beginners to intermediate and expert skiers. What's more, if you love fresh snow, you can really let loose off-piste.
If you are looking for a place that is easy to get around, Les Menuires is for you: it was built with the aim of being convenient but retains the typical style of a mountain village, made up of wooden buildings and stone. Here you will find many restaurants to choose from, so you are sure to find something to suit your tastes and preferences. When it comes to après-ski and nightlife, the area is also quite lively, with plenty of bars, pubs and a nightclub, so you can have a great time during your holiday here.

Things to do - Among the activities you can enjoy during your stay in Les Menuires are cross-country skiing, snowshoe walking, fat biking, tobogganing, piste-basher rides, or you could try snow scooters. If you are looking for a bit of relaxation, you can visit the leisure centre with its spa pool or enjoy a nice film at the local cinema.
Restaurants - Thanks to the fact that most of the accommodation you will find in Les Menuires is in apartments, there are many restaurants where you can eat without spending too much, offering a variety of cuisines ranging from typical French food to pizza and Mexican food. Among the places to try are Au Village, a restaurant with a traditional atmosphere located in a typical chalet and serving typical French dishes, L'Igloo, which serves Italian food such as pizza, La Maison de Savoy, which serves food for all tastes, from meat to pasta to pizza, and also organises a cooking class on Mondays to learn how to make fondue, Le Cocon des Neiges, an elegant restaurant serving meat, fish and traditional French dishes, La Ferme de Roberty, a restaurant where you can enjoy gourmet food and which also has a separate menu for children, La Fromagerie des Bellville, a real paradise for cheese lovers, and Le Comptoir, which serves traditional Alpine dishes with a modern twist.
Nightlife - Les Menuires offers a lively scene when it comes to après-ski and nightlife. Another advantage is that, compared to other resorts in the Three Valleys ski area, going out is more economical. Among the places worth visiting are Bar Pub le Challenge, which offers live music and poker nights, L'Atelier, where you can enjoy live music and excellent cocktails, and Le Leeberty, one of the liveliest venues and definitely the place to be if you want to party. Le Mousse, a relaxed venue, is ideal for an aperitif, and Le Skilt, located right at the end of the slopes, boasts a large terrace.
