Ski School Austria
Whether it's your first time on the slopes or you're an off-piste expert, there's a level of tuition available to help you develop and refine your technique. Ski school is also a great way to meet like-minded people and have some fun skiing together with everyone sharing hints and tips across the group.
As well as group lessons, we can also arrange private lessons on request.
All the resorts in Austria offer ski and snowboard lessons, both group and private lessons. Group lessons usually start on Sundays or Mondays, depending on the resort, and last for two to four hours a day, depending on the school. As for private lessons, you can choose the date and time to suit your preferences and needs.
If you are arriving in the Austria resorts during the peak season, then it’s essential that you book your place as much in advance as possible, especially for half-term periods
Ski Schools in Austria
Programmes for children
Most of the ski schools in Austria organise specific courses for children.
The aim of these courses, especially those organized for younger children, is to help them take their first steps on the snow and learn to ski in a fun way, thus combining lessons with a moment of recreation.

Ski School Group Lesson Information
Group lessons are organised by dividing participants into groups based on age and ability level on the first day of lessons, so that everyone can feel at ease and learn from a similar starting point. The school staff ensure that each participant receives a high level of attention, partly thanks to the small number of participants in each group, thereby guaranteeing a consistently high standard of teaching.
Beginner courses usually start either on Sundays only or, in some schools, on Sundays and Mondays, while intermediate and advanced courses can start on any available course day.
Group lessons are held both in the morning and in the afternoon, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Ski School Private Lesson Information
Private lessons offer clients the advantage of being able to choose the day, time and location of their lessons, subject to availability, of course. Furthermore, the one-to-one relationship with the instructor often leads to faster learning, as the instructor can tailor the lesson to your needs. What’s more, private lessons are ideal for those who wish to try their hand at other skiing and snowboarding disciplines, such as freeriding and freestyle.
