Meals are held in the elegant and refined setting of the hotel restaurant. In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich continental breakfast on a wide selection. Dinner at the Das Central restaurant consists of a five-course gourmet menu with choices, a salad bar and a dessert buffet. To cater to everyone's tastes there are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. A special gala evening is held once a week. Complementing the dinner is a wide selection of wines, some of them rare. There are other restaurants to choose from, including the Feinspitz restaurant, the Ötztaler Stube gourmet restaurant, the Marend Stube and the Ice Q gourmet restaurant, a venue at 3048 meters above sea level with a stunning view of the surrounding peaks, the Falcon located in the Gaislachkogl resort ski area, and the inn on the Giggijoch. All of these restaurants bear the imprint of Central. Available to guests in the hotel bar is a wide selection of cocktails, wines and fine spirits. There is also a wide selection of cigars to enjoy in the cigar room there.
