In this 4 star superior hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright.  Furnishing is refined, combining a modern style with classic Alpine. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. There is a seating area, desk, satellite TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box.

After a day on the slopes, guests can take advantage of the four thermal pools (two inside and 2 outdoor). The wellness area is large with plenty of space to relax and be pampered for free. The wellness area includes a classic sauna, a tepidarium, a brine healing tunnel, a Kneipp roundabout, experience showers, a cold rain shower, a glittering crystal sauna, an infrared lounge, a panorama sauna with a stunning view of the thermal outdoor pool, a steam bath and a relaxation room with comfortable beds. In addition, a service of various massages is available on request (local charges apply for treatments).

A fully equipped fitness room is also available to guests. 

For children, the hotel provides an indoor play area, an outdoor play area and board games and puzzles. In addition, the hotel offers a children's menu.

Guests can enjoy a rich continental breakfast served buffet style.  Lunch and dinner in the evening includes a salad buffet and a menu of five  dishes, one of which is vegetarian. In addition, there are plenty of desserts to choose from. To meet the culinary needs of its guests, the hotel also offers gluten-free and dairy-free options.
