The rooms are elegant and cosy, furnished in classic Alpine style. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. In addition, there is a seating area, a TV, a desk, a wardrobe and a safety deposit box. 

After spending a day in the snow, guests can relax by using the heated indoor pool with a waterfall, a neck massage shower and an underwater massage at no extra cost. The wellness area includes water beds and treatments loungers, two types of saunas, one Finnish and one herbal, a steam bath and an infrared cabin. In addition, various types of massages are available at an extra cost. There is also a tea bar. Everything needed for the wellness area such as bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided by the hotel. 

Board games and puzzles are available to guests.

In the mornings, guests will have a pleasant start to their day with an extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner is served with four-courses where guests can enjoy typical Austrian cuisine. Inside the hotel there is also a lounge bar and a wine bar.
