The rooms are spacious and bright, furnished in an elegant, modern design. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. There is also a seating area, a desk, a TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a minibar and a safety deposit box. 

After spending a day on the slopes, guests can take advantage of the indoor pool and wellness area, which includes a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, aroma steam bath, infrared chairs, Kneipp facilities, water beds, and a dornbracht horizontal shower. Guests can enjoy a drink in the tea bar. In addition, a wide range of massages and treatments are available on request. A fully equipped fitness room with TechnoGym machines is at guests' disposal.

In the morning, guests can enjoy an excellent continental breakfast buffet with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Half board includes dinner served at the hotel's restaurant, Kristallsaal, consisting of a five-course menu prepared with local ingredients. The hotel is happy to accommodate any special dietary needs of its guests and therefore offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. There are two other restaurants within the hotel, the Weinstube, which serves both traditional Tyrolean dishes and gourmet pizza, and the Schlossherrnstube Gourmetrestaurant. 

The hotel bar, the Schlosslounge, is where guests can enjoy their Apres Ski with a wide selection of drinks and champagne. The atmosphere is often made even more special by the music of top DJs.

For their cars, guests can use the hotel's private car park free of charge.
