This hotel offers very spacious and bright rooms, furnished in a classic and elegant way with touches of luxury throughout. A wide range of different room sizes including family rooms and suites to choose from.  All rooms have an suite bathroom that includes a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.  There is also a seated living area, desk, a TV, minibar,  wardrobe and a safety deposit box.  Some of the rooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy views of the beautiful surrounding landscape.

The hotel has three different swimming pools, one indoor and two outdoor (seasonal) and a large wellness area that includes a sauna, Turkish bath, hammam and a solarium (for a fee). In addition, different types of massages and beauty treatments are available for guests. For those that want to stay in shape, the gym is available free of charge. 

The hotel also offers an indoor play area to keep the little ones entertained with kids club and baby sitting service if required.  There is also a games room for the older children.

The hotel offers both breakfast only and a half-board service. The breakfast is a gourmet delight of variety and natural products served buffet style every morning.  The evening meal is served in one of the 3 restaurants within the hotel where guests can delight in the imagination and culinary expertise of the top chefs.  The wine list here is also impressive.  There are 2 other a-la-carte award winning restaurants at the hotel, one of which has won a Michelin star and three Gault Maillau Hats.  There is also a Vinothek for an amazing wine-tasting experience.   

The hotel bar prides itself in bespoke coctails and the finest drinks for that Apres Ski relax and socialise time, either before or after dinner. The lounge bar also gives way to an outdoor sun terrace for the outdoor ambience. There is often live music / entertainment to be enjoyed.
