The hotel presents a style all its own, different from the usual mountain hotels, but still retaining references to the alpine environment. The rooms are spacious and bright with a modern style. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. A TV and a safety deposit box are also available for guests. Many of the rooms also have a balcony. 

Available to guests is the styled Urban SPA, which includes an indoor swimming pool, non-naked sauna, Finnish sauna, gentle organic sauna, steam room, ice fountain and relaxation area. 

Breakfast is served buffet style, with mostly regional and fresh products that follow the seasonality. Guests can enjoy dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the Levante, in a modern setting, where Eastern Mediterranean cuisine is perfectly blended with typical Alpine dishes. The staff is happy to meet everyone's needs with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options.

There is parking available on-site at an additional cost. Wi-fi, on the other hand, is available to guests at no additional charge.
