The rooms are spacious and modern.  Each room has an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes. There is also a TV and a safety deposit box. Some rooms also have a balcony with an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains.

To relax and pamper themselves, guests can take advantage of the indoor pool or the outdoor pool and spa area, which includes a Kneipp pool, a stone sauna, a family sauna, an hot tub with bubbles to have a parent-child bath, a rock crystal bath, a whirlpool bath, a camomille blossom steam bath and a relaxation area lined with pine wood. A very well-equipped fitness area is also available. 

A playground is available for children, while for the entertainment of older children there are billiards, bowling alleys and a small cinema. 

In the elegant and refined environment of the hotel restaurant guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet offering a wide selection of tasty food including freshly prepared eggs cooked right in front of the guests. There is a juice room with different types of homemade smoothies and centrifuges.  Dinner consists of a four-course menu plus a salad buffet and a variety of desserts. To meet everyone's needs, on request the hotel offers vegetarian dishes and dishes for special diets. The restaurant has an excellent wine list, with a wide selection from the wine cellar.
