The cozy, Alpine-style rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobe and free toiletries, a TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box. Some rooms also have a balcony.

Perhaps after spending a day in the snow, guests can take advantage of the,spacious wellness area, which includes two different types of saunas, a Finnish and a bio sauna, a saltwater steam bath, and a relaxation area. Use of this area is completely free for hotel guests.  Guests will also find a fitness room to enjoy during their stay. 

For children and families, the hotel provides an indoor play area and many board games and puzzles, as well as strollers. 

In the morning, guests will find a hearty continental breakfast served buffet style with a wide selection, including several homemade products such as jams. To please everyone's taste there are also vegetarian and gluten free options. Dinner is always served buffet style at the hotel restaurant, and for guests on the half-board package, the hotel offers an afternoon snack i, which consists of a hot and a cold dish. There are also two other restaurants on site, one serving Italian cuisine and one where Mexican cuisine can be enjoyed. 

Private parking is available for guests on site from the hotel at an additional cost. Wi-fi is free and available throughout the hotel.
