The rooms are spacious, elegant and cosy. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. There is also a seating area, a desk, TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box. Some rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the river.

After a day on the slopes guests can relax and pamper themselves free of charge with a swim in the large indoor pool, or the outside infinity pool. The large spa area includes a classic and a salt steam bath with scrubs and creams as per the program, a tepidarium, a small and a large Finnish sauna with infusions as per the program, an infrared sauna, a panoramic stone pine sauna, and a salt cave with dry heat and an ice cave. There is also a panoramic veranda and a terrace with a solarium.  An exclusive massage and beauty treatment service is also offered. Exclusively for guests is the brand new Wellness Suite, which offers a private spa area that includes a conservatory and sauna within the suite, along with a large bathtub, all with stunning mountain views. Also available to guests is a fully equipped fitness room with stunning, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel's trainer will be happy to help guests with their activities and introduce them to classes organized by the hotel.

Meals are held in the elegant and refined setting of the hotel restaurant.  In the morning, guests can enjoy a varied continental breakfast with a wide selection of delicious food. Dinner at the Das Central restaurant consists of a five-course gourmet menu with a salad bar and a dessert buffet. To cater to everyone's tastes there are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. A special gala evening is held once a week.   There is a wide selection of wines to complement the dinner, some of them exclusive.

For the Apres Ski moments the hotel bar has a wide selection of cocktails, wines and fine spirits. There is also a wide selection of cigars to enjoy in the cigar room there.
