The hotel has a great, central location close to all of the amenities, slopes and ski lifts. The bus stop is also nearby at just a 3 minute walk. Next to the hotel, there is the Freizeit Arena (leisure centre), which has an indoor pool that guests can use free of charge. There are also covered tennis courts and bowling.  

The property offers both rooms and self-catering apartments. All of the rooms in the main building have been recently refurbished, whereas the economic rooms are in the hotel annex. Rooms and apartments are bright and furnished tastefully with the Alpine decor. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.  There is a wardrobe, TV, desk, safety deposit box and most rooms have a balcony or terrace. The apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes for a self-catering option.  

Apart from using the next door leisure centre, the hotel offers its own wellness centre including sauna and steam bath where guests can relax and pamper themselves after a day on the slopes. Various treatments are also available at an extra charge. There is also an on-site gymnasium for guests that like to keep fit.

A delicious continental breakfast-buffet is served every morning from 07.30 to 09.30 and offers a great variety of food to suit every taste. Special dietary requirements are catered for.  

The hotel has its own restaurant, "Onkel Tom" serving a variety of Austrian, Italian and continental cuisine.

Family friendly, the hotel has games and puzzles to keep the children entertained.

For the Apres Ski, guests can relax and socialise in the hotel bar. There is also a sun terrace.
