All hotel rooms are furnished in a classic style in accordance with the mountain environment with wood panelling on the walls. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms with hairdryer and free toiletries. There is a TV,  minibar,safety deposit box and a balcony.

The hotel has alarge wellness area with separate sections for adults and families-only.  There is an an indoor pool. In the adults only area there are different saunas, an infrared cabin and steam baths, while in the family area there is a pool, a textile sauna and a sunbathing terrace. The hotel also has a fitness room.

The children can enjoy themselves in the two play rooms.  The hotel also offers a baby-sitting service at an additional cost. 

Continental breakfast is served buffet style and also includes vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

During the afternoon guests are offered a small snack.

During dinner there is an appetizer buffet and a salad buffet aswell as some show-cooking.
