The rooms are bright and furnished with wood to give the room a classic Alpine style. All have en-suite bathroom with an hairdryer, bathrobes and toiletres. In addition, the rooms include a TV and a safe. All the rooms  have balconies and some of them come with a private bio sauna.

There is a large wellness area inside the hotel, divided into a family area and a nude area, which includes a heated outdoor pool, a big Finnish sauna, a large bio sauna with a beautiful garden view, an infrared sauna, and a large steam bath. There is also a family-dress on sauna with view to the Schmittenhöhe. There is a large relaxation area where guests can sip tea and a textile family outdoor sauna with a stunning view of the Schmittenhöhe. A paddling pool is provided for children. There is also a wide selection of massages at an additional cost. In addition, for children the hotel provides a big playground in the garden. For families with children the hotel provides a large play area in the garden and an indoor playroom with table tennis, DVDs, toddlers play corner and ball slide.

A hearty breakfast awaits guests in the morning served buffet style. A five-course dinner with gluten-free, lactose-free or low-calorie options is provided for half-board package guests, which may be subject to an additional charge.
