The rooms are spacious and modern with en-suite bathrooms with hairdryers and bathrobes. There is also a TV and a safety deposit box. Some rooms also have a balcony with a standing view of the surrounding mountains.

To relax and take care of themselves, guests can take advantage of the indoor pool or the outdoor pool and spa area, which includes a Kneipp pool, a stone sauna, a family sauna, an hot tub with bubbles to have a parent-child bath, a rock crystal bath, a whirlpool bath, a camomille blossom steam bath and a relaxation area lined with pine wood. A very well-equipped fitness area is also available. 

A playground is available for children, while for the entertainment of older children there are billiards, bowling alleys and a small cinema. 

In the morning guests, in the elegant and refined environment of the hotel restaurant, will find a rich breakfast buffet with a wide selection with freshly prepared eggs right in front of the guests and a juice room with different types of homemade smoothies and centrifuges, while dinner consists of four-course menu plus a salad buffet and a variety of desserts. To meet everyone's needs on request the hotel offers vegetarian dishes and dishes for special diets. The restaurant has an excellent wine list, with a wide selection from the wine cellar.
