This hotel offers spacious rooms, suites and apartments, all furnished in an elegant and refined style, with a modern Alpine decor.   All accommodations have their own private bathroom that includes a hairdryer, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries and some bathrooms also have a private sauna. There is also a seating area, a TV, a wardrobe and a safety deposit box. Some units also have a nice balcony that offers a beautiful view of the landscape and the surrounding mountains.

After a day on the slopes guests can relax in the indoor pool and modern spa area that includes two hot tubs and seven saunas. One of the hot-tubs is outside on the sun terrace with amazing views.  A massage service is also available upon request for a fee.

This hotel offers its guests the half board treatment, which includes a hearty and varied continental breakfast served as a buffet every morning.  There are snacks mid-afternoon (savoury and sweet) and in the evening guests can enjoy a gourmet dinner of traditional Austrian cuisine.  A special childrens menu is also available as well as vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options.

The hotel lounge and bar is where guests can enjoy their Apres Ski drinks whilst relaxing and socialising and there is usually evening entertainment.
