The hotel located in an ideal position close to both the town centre and the ski facilities, offers welcoming and comfortable rooms, furnished in the classic Alpine style including wooden panels on the walls. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom which includes a hairdryer, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. There is a seating area with desk, wardrobe and minibar. Some rooms also offer a balcony or terrace from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 

To relax after spending a day on the ski slopes, guests can pamper themselves in the hotel's wellness area, called Asian Zen Garden. This includes a Finnish sauna, an aromatic steam bath, an infrared cabin, a hot tub and a solarium. A paid massage service is also available.

In the morning, breakfast is a continental buffet which also includes vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Dinner is served in the evening room, which includes both typical Austrian and Mediterranean cuisine. To satisfy the culinary needs of its guests, the kitchen also offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes.
