The hotel offers a variety of rooms and suites furnished in classic Alpine style, with wood panels, which make the room warm and welcoming. All units have their own en suite bathroom which includes a hairdryer, slippers and complimentary toiletries. There is also a desk, wardrobe, minibar, TV and a safety deposit box. 

To relax and pamper themselves after a day on the slopes, guests can take advantage of the wellness area free of charge, which includes a pine soft sauna, a crystal steam bath, an infrared cabin, a Jacuzzi and a relaxation room. A wide range of massages and beauty treatments are also available for a fee.

In the morning, a rich continental buffet breakfast is served in the traditional Alpine setting of the dining area.

The hotel restaurant has a traditional atmosphere, where guests can enjoy both international and typical Austrian cuisine. Many ingredients come from local farms. To satisfy the culinary needs of its guests, the kitchen also offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. The hotel has an extensive list of fine wines.
