The rooms are spacious and elegant, furnished in a classic style. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe and complimentary toiletries. In addition, there is a TV, wardrobe, minibar and a safety deposit box.

After a day on the slopes, guests can relax and pamper themselves at the spa, with an indoor swimming pool that has a whirlpool and waterfalls.  There are two types of saunas, one organic and one Finnish, an ice grotto, the flower and brine steam bath with infrared cabin, a solarium, and a meditation room with water beds, free of charge. In addition, a wide range of massages are available at an additional cost.

A hearty continental breakfast is served in the mornings with a wide variety to choose from. Dinner is served in the refined and elegant setting of the hotel restaurant and consists of a four-course gourmet menu. Traditional Austrian culinary dishes are served, accompanied by a selection of fine local and international wines.
