The rooms are large and modern and all provide an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Also provided are a TV, a safety deposit box, a kettle with a tea station and soundproof windows for a relaxing sleep. Most of the rooms also have a balcony with a view of the Schmittenhöhe.

After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area that has two saunas and a relaxation area, free of charge. Bathrobes can be provided at an additional cost.

In the renovated dining room guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet made with local products.

For those guests that book the half-board package, dinner includes a five-course menu with typical Austrian and international cuisine where guests can choose from vegetarian dishes, regional fish dishes, or meat dishes from the hotel's butcher shop. A buffet with fresh salads is also available. 

The hotel bar is the meeting point for Apres Ski where guests can relax, socialise and have a drink or two.
