/>Ski School - France
Whether it's your first time on the slopes or you're an off-piste expert, there's a level of tuition available to help you develop and refine your technique. Ski school is also a great way to meet like-minded people and have some fun skiing together with everyone sharing hints and tips across the group.
As well as group lessons, we can also arrange private lessons on request. All the resorts in France offer ski and snowboard lessons, both group and private lessons.
If you are arriving in the France resorts during the peak season, then it’s essential that you book your place as much in advance as possible, especially for half-term periods.

Ski School Group Lesson Information
Group lessons are organised by dividing participants into groups based on age and ability level, so that everyone can feel at ease and learn from a similar starting point. The school staff ensure that each participant receives a high level of attention, partly thanks to the small number of participants in each group, thereby guaranteeing a consistently high standard of teaching.
Group lessons are held both in the morning and in the afternoon, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Programmes for children
In all resorts across France, various ski schools organise special activities for children of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest. Here are some examples of the packages on offer:
Daycare (18 months to 3 years): a programme designed for the youngest children, who are still too young to ski with their families or join group lessons. Here, the children will be looked after by staff, who will organise a range of activities for them. Lunch and a nap are also included to cater for the little ones’ needs.
Children club (from 3 to 5 years old): the ideal programme for children taking their first steps on skis. In fact, learning is combined with play, so that the little ones can learn whilst having fun, all in areas set aside especially for them.

Ski School Private Lesson Information
Private lessons are the ideal option for those who prefer a one-to-one relationship with their teacher. In many cases, this can lead to faster learning, as the teacher can tailor the lesson entirely to the individual.
In France, in particular, it is customary to book full-day private lessons, so as to combine instruction and learning the technique with exploring the resort’s slopes and perhaps taking a few breaks at the numerous chalets and mountain huts.
For those wishing to explore other skiing and snowboarding disciplines, such as freestyle, freeride and ski touring, there are instructors specialising in these various disciplines.
