The rooms are comfortable and bright, with light wood paneling on the walls. Each has a balcony and its own en-suite bathroom, a small seating area, a TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box.

After a day in the snow, guests can take advantage of the spa area free of charge. The spa includes a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room, laconium, infrared cabin, experience shower, cold air room, and water beds and background music. Also available is panoramic relaxation room with a stunning view. There is also a bar in the wellness area, where juice, tea, spring water with organic corner and fresh fruit are served. The hotel provides bathrobes and towels free of charge. A massage service is also available for a fee. 

Available to guests free of charge is a fitness room with large mirrors with options for exercises and various machines and weights.

In the morning, guests will be treated to a hearty continental breakfast served buffet style. 

Guests on the half-board package include breakfast, an afternoon snack and a five-course dinner with a salad buffet, a selection of cheeses, three different choices for the main course and a selection of fruits. Dinner will be enjoyed in the hotel's signature Tyrolean-style restaurant, where both traditional Austrian and international dishes are cooked. Accompanying dinner is a wide selection of wines that come from the hotel's wine cellar.

Guests can park their cars in the hotel's parking lot completely free of charge, just as free is the Wi-fi available throughout the hotel.
