If you would like to make a booking

Website – You can book directly on our website for accommodation, airport transfers, lift passes, equipment rental and ski school making your own package.

Email/Phone – Simply send us an email and we will get back to you with various offers to consider. Once you have chosen, we will make the booking for you so you don’t have to do anything else.  We send you a secure payment link for the deposit and we will send you a booking summary detailing your package and payment details. It's as easy as that!

Personalised Service 

We will ensure that your holiday will run smoothly from the minute you arrive at the airport.

All the information and vouchers for you booking will be issued to your prior to your holiday. You will be sent information sheets explaining clearly eveything from transfers, accommodation and ski extras including collection points and meeting places for ski schools.

Once in resort you can always contact us 7 days a week. We have our local agents at hand in resort should you need any extra help.

Booking & Payments

Making a reservation

There are 3 easy ways to make a reservation:

(1) Direct on our website.

(2) Email us with your requirements and we can make the booking for you. 

(3) Call us direct and we will make the reservation for you and send you all your confirmations.

 

Payments 

(1) If you book direct on our website you can pay by credit/debit card. You will have the option of paying a deposit of 30% or in full. If you choose to pay the deposit, the balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival.

(2) If you would like us to make the booking for you, payments can be made in the following ways:

(a) By credit/debit card. We will send you a secure payment link where you can pay an agreed amount (minimum 30%). Seperate payments on different cards can also be arranged.

(b) You can also pay by bank transfer. We will then send you your booking receipt and confirmation.

We always require a minimum 30% deposit to secure your booking and full payment will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

What happens after I make the booking

Once you have confirmed your booking you will receive a confirmation email/booking summary with all the information regarding your reservation. Approximately one week before your arrival we will email you al the vouchers that you will require and any information sheets.
