St. Johann Ski Extras
St. Johann Overview
St. Johann is a great village and ski area especially if it's your first time on the slopes or maybe you just want some easy / intermediate pistes. The slopes are mostly tree lined and there is also a beginners area next to the village to get you started.. St. Johann boasts a superb ski school and the kids also have a snow park and fun slope to keep them entertained.
You can also get a ski pass that covers you to ski in areas like Kitzbuhel making the ski area even better if you want some extra kilometres to do
The village itself has a pedestrianised centre which is full of frescoed buildings and a large domed church dominates the centre. Nightlife is fairly low key however there are a good few spots to go to should you fancy a drink or two in the evenings and Max's bar is always worth heading to for Apres ski - (you could always take a taxi into Kitzbuhel for an evening should you want a night out)
The village also has it's own brewery (Huber Bräu) where you can enjoy a drink at the top of the 30m tower whilst enjoying fantastic panoramic views.
