The spacious and bright rooms are furnished in a modern style. They are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms with hairdryers, bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. In addition there is a small sitting area, a TV and a deposit safety box. Some rooms have a balcony. 

Inside the hotel is a large spa area that in light an indoor pool with a waterfall and whirlpool areas, three different saunas, an organic sauna, a Finnish sauna and one with infrared, there is also a cold plunge pool and a relaxation room. Guests can take advantage of the fully equipped relaxation area from which they can also enjoy a beautiful view. Every week, for those who like it, the facility organizes classes such as, herbal salt production, green smoothie workshop, meditation classes and many others.

A rich breakfast is served buffet style, while as for dinner, guests can enjoy it at the hotel's restaurant where both international and typical Austrian cuisine can be enjoyed. The cuisine prefers local products always trying to follow the seasonality of the products.  There are different options to meet everyone's needs, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. There is also a dedicated bar area within the hotel. 

For those who need it, the hotel offers an airport shuttle service at an additional cost. Guests can park their cars in the public parking lot that is on site at the hotel for an additional fee. Wi-fi is available for guests at no extra charge.
